Behavior and Expectations

Code of Conduct

  • We are a “varsity sport” whether you are scoring/traveling as varsity or not.
  • Dress expectations: If you choose not to follow them, you will have a meeting with administration, a parent notification, and if it continues, possible removal from the team.
  • Social Media: When in doubt, leave it out!

Behavior and Expectations

Code of Conduct

  • We are off-campus with an on-campus perspective.
  • We WILL share with other high schools.
  • We are a mixed team of gender identities. Be respectful!!
  • Communication is KEY!
  • ALL school and district related policies apply. Be in the know

In addition to the code of conduct...

There is a hierarchy when you have a complaint. As coaches, we make decisions that are best for the team, and may not seem best for your swimmer/diver. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Swimmer/Diver must talk with coach first
  • Swimmer/Diver and parent then talk with coach
  • Swimmer/Diver, parent, and coach then talk with Athletic Director
  • Then assistant principal (Principal if needed).
  • Then District.

We want to work together to be professional as we are all here for the kids first. Help us work together for every team member.

There is a contract as part of the digital agreements acknowledging that if you have a problem, you will give us a chance to fix it together first.
