Objectives of Training Program
To design training objectives there is a need to use smart model.
1- Specific
2- Measurable

Specific is a good place to start, as it ensures that you’ve clearly defined the desired outcome. What do you want to achieve from training program?
Effective training requires measurable results. How can you ensure that students are truly learning and absorbing the information? The simplest way is through tests or skill assessments
A goal is only meaningful if it’s achievable. Keeping this in mind helps you avoid training programs that are overly ambitious and lofty. It’s nice to have high expectations;
One of the most important qualities of good training is that it’s realistic and relative to the desired outcomes.
Objective of the training program should be time bound.

Use of learning styles Engaging Student in Classroom
It’s generally accepted that there are seven different learning styles. While most of us fall across the spectrum of each of these styles, facilitating lessons that are engaging on all levels will give your students the best chance of success. Here some strategies to improve engagement for students of each learning style.

1. Visual learner
To engage a visual learner in the classroom you’ll include elements like maps, diagrams and image. Sitting visual learners near the front, Using colour codes and cues, Encouraging note taking and recopying notes during study
2. solitary and intrapersonal learner
In a classroom environment it can sometimes be difficult to engage a solitary learner. They might sit silently in the back of the classroom, only to ace the exam at the end of semester. For the educator, it’s important to engage them during class. Provide visual materials, books and learning aids. Designate quiet areas, and collaborate with defined sharing time so the solitary learner can feel adequately prepared.

3. Mathematical learners
will greatly appreciate any type of learning that logically explains the subject at hand. For maths, that’s easy. For other subjects, it requires some effort and planning:
History and geography: Try to include statistics and classification taxonomy in your lesson plans.
4. kinaesthetic learners
Physical interaction is also important. The use of models will greatly benefit a kinaesthetic learner. Give them something to grab onto and they’ll process information much better than from a book or whiteboard.
5. Auditory learners
The key here is voice (and the voice of your students). Write down something on the whiteboard, then read it out loud. Hearing the sound of their own voice and the voices of others is engaging to auditory learners, but it can be a great learning tool for students of all types. Other strategies can try include:
Recording lessons for later listening and reference
Encouraging auditory listeners to ‘teach others’ verbally
Seating them away from distractions

Mixed learning approach
With large classrooms, it’s not always easy to personalise lessons, but using a mixed learning approach throughout coursework can help you cater to each type of learning style. It may decide to focus on a particular learning type each lesson, or incorporate multiple strategies within each lesson. The most important element is first recognising the differences in student learning the rest will flow from there.
6. social learner
encourage both group collaboration and presentation. Consider:
Roleplaying historical events or works of literature, Collaborating on maths problems, Working as a class on comprehension questions, Interpersonal learners like to ‘do’ and to ‘share’. This can sometimes lead to distraction for other students who are more intrapersonal in their learning habits. To prevent this, try to channel social learners into providing value to the group, giving them tasks that use their energy usefully, with a focus on empathy for their classmates.
How to Prepare for Training
There are several major steps in training session preparation. These areas include the importance of promoting the program to top management, preparing training materials, the training space, trainers, and trainees. The most successful training sessions are well-planned and well-prepared.

Learning and Teaching Methods and Activities
Interactive teaching is all about instructing the students in a way they are actively involved with their learning process. There are different ways to create an involvement like this. Most of the time it’s through

Effective interactive teaching strategies to encourage speech in your classroom
Following interactive student activities can be used to encourage more speech in your classroom.
14
2/9/2022
1. Think, pair and share
Set a problem or a question around a certain topic and pair up your students. Give each pair of students enough time so they can reach a proper conclusion and permit the kids to share their conclusion in their voice. This way students will be engaged, communicating, and remember more of the class than ever before.
2. Brainstorming
Interactive brainstorming is mostly performed in group sessions. The process is useful for generating creative thoughts and ideas. Brainstorming helps students learn to work together, and above all, learn from each other.

3. Exit slips
These are best used at the end of the class session. You’ll ask the students to write for one minute on a specific question. It might be generalized to “what was the most important thing you learned today”. Then, you can decide if you are going to open up a conversation about it in your next class.
4. Misconception check
Discover students' misconceptions. See if students can identify what is the correct answer when given a false fact. It’s useful when going over a previous lesson. It encourages students to think deeply and wager all the possibilities.
5. Circle the questions
Make a worksheet or a survey that has a list of questions (make them specific) about your topic, and ask students to circle (or check) the ones they don’t know the answers to.
6. Ask the winner
Ask students to silently solve a problem on the board. After revealing the answer, instruct those who got it right to raise their hands (and keep them raised). Then, all other students have to talk to someone with a raised hand to better understand the question and how to solve it next time.

7. Pair-share-repeat
After a Think-pair-share experience, which I’ve written about in the first interactive learning lesson idea, you can also ask students to find a new partner and share the wisdom of the old partnership to this new partner.
8. Teacher and student
Let students brainstorm the main points of the last lesson. Then, pair up your students and assign them 2 roles. One of them is the teacher, and the other the student. The teacher’s job is to sketch the main points, while the student’s job is to cross off points on his list as they are mentioned and come up with 2 to 3 points that the teacher missed.
9. Forced debate
Let students debate in pairs. Students must defend the opposite side of their personal opinion. It encourages them to step away from their own beliefs and teaches them to look through a different coloured glass once in a while.
17

10. Peer review writing task
To assist students with a writing assignment, encourage them to exchange drafts with a partner. The partner reads the essay and writes a three-paragraph response: the first paragraph outlines the strengths of the essay, the second paragraph discusses the essay’s problems, and the third paragraph is a description of what the partner would focus on in revision if it were her essay.
11. Board rotation
This interactive learning strategy is even more interactive than others! Divide your class into different groups of students and assign them to each of the boards you’ve set up in the room. Assign one topic/question per board. After each group writes an answer, they rotate to the next board.
12. Pick the Winner
Divide the class into groups and let them work on the same topic/problem. Let them record an answer/strategy on paper or digitally. Then, ask the groups to switch with a nearby group and let them evaluate their answer.
Teachers need to ensure that the selection of teaching and learning resources:
considers the expected student learning outcomes and standards described in the National Vocational Qualification framework
considers the needs of the students
does not expose students to highly offensive or obscene materials or themes
ensures that teaching and learning resources are suitable for the age group using them

Are there any spelling, grammar or punctuation mistakes?
Are there any technical issues (bugs)?
Is the language simple and easy to understand? Has Plain English been used?
Does the structure of the resource make sense? Do the topics flow logically from one to the next?
Is the look & feel of the resource appropriate (e.g. the appropriate colors, fonts & images for the subject matter)?
Will the resources meet the learning objectives of the project?
Are the resources engaging? Will learners be bored or overwhelmed?
Is the information presented accurate?
Have all the relevant points on this topic been discussed? Is any information missing?
Are the most important points given the most attention?
Are complex and confusing topics given enough attention?
Have appropriate scenarios or activities been included? Do they relate to what the learners do in their day-to-day work?

Training Session Plan
A training session plan is an organized description of the activities and resources use to guide a group toward a specific learning objective.
To develop a session plan, it's useful to use a standard training plan template. This helps you organize material consistently over sessions and avoid duplicating topics.
