The Application Process
After registering for an account, Emma kicks off the application process by filling out her application, indicating her area of interest, and uploading her cover letter.
After Emma clears the phone interview, she receives an email �prompting her to view and select available projects.
Foster America & agencies discuss applicant pool. Agencies select applicants of interest & fit
Next, Emma completes short answer responses based on her projects of interest.
The Match
Emma receives an email invite for Selection Day.
Emma participates in group activities the morning of Selection Day.
In the afternoon, Emma interviews with each supervisor who shows mutual interest. Supervisors are required to attend the afternoon sessions.
After the interviews, fellows and supervisors separately confirm their interest.
Congrats Emma! She’s been accepted as a fellow for Foster America and has been assigned to a project she’s really passionate about.
