Once Bhagwan was walking through the forests, the villagers stopped Bhagwan and told him that there is a giant drashtiwish snake and the snake would kill him.

Chandkaushik remembered his previous birth, wherein when he was a sadhu, he went on to kill his shishya but during that time he banged his head with a pillar and died instantly.
