Introduction
Formed in 2024, Whole-of-Government Informational Service Excellence (WISE) is an initiative under GovTech, Government Digital Products (GDP) division’s Info Services Programme (ISP) to drive the increase in efficiency and quality of government digital services.
Offering a suite of products - WISEnterprise, WISE’s mission is to empower agencies to deliver high-quality digital services through inclusive design and continuous improvement, ensuring citizens can access, discover information, and transact effortlessly with the government.
To facilitate a smooth onboarding process for public officers and flatten the learning curve, WISE will be walking this journey with you. From workshops to webinars, and even best practices, public officers will be supported with reference materials and guidance along the way.
