San Lorenzo Valley Middle School Band Room Project

The Demolition Phase consisted of the following:

  • Remove remaining cabinetry and shelving
  • Remove rods in the storage room
  • Remove sinks, cap plumbing
  • Remove staining room cabinet and blower system
  • Remove all wood paneling in the main room
  • Remove remaining conduit and wiring for the stage lighting system. Pull wires back to the utilities closet on the south side and secure
  • Get the electric blinds cleaned and in working order

The Remodel Phase consisted of the following:

  • Install New Alarm
  • Clean up / repair sheetrock that is behind the paneling and other areas
  • Paint all sheetrock surfaces
  • Carpet the entire flooring area including side rooms and back storage
  • Move all band equipment storage from F1/F2
  • Install new musical cabinetry
  • Install sound dampening solutions
  • Prepare conductor / Instructor area
