Concert Team - Elevate the Experience

The role of concert team is to create a culture of connection for students, parents, and concert attendees, to make the concert experience special and to celebrate our students’ accomplishments

  • Coordinate and set-up treat table(s)
  • Decorate treat tables
  • Clean up after the concert - in auditorium, on stage, in cafeteria
  • Other ideas

Concert Team - Behind the Scenes

2 Chaperones per ensemble (Philharmonic, Symphony, Chamber) to be on hand in their pre-concert warm-up rooms

  • Extra set of eyes/see a need, fill a need
  • Monitor attendance sign-in
  • Monitor concert attire (aka shoe crew)
  • Remind students to head to concert positions on time
  • Sit near student section, remind students about concert-appropriate behaviors if/when needed

    • Treat Bags for all orchies!
    • Organize Donations

  • Seniors’ Last Concert (March-April)
    • Photo Banners - displayed the week of April 15
      • Coordinate photographer and seniors, collect $, take care of printing and delivery
