  • Funding: Received $50 million in Lottery Bonds from 2023 Legislature (HB 3005)
  • Eligible Applicants: Certified Family, Registered Family, Certified Center, Tribe, Equity Fund grantees, OPK, ERDC providers, EI/ECSE, Culturally Specific orgs, etc.
  • Allowable uses: Lottery Bonds can finance investments with a 20-year life span (i.e. major construction)
  • Priorities: Culturally & linguistically specific, non-standard hours, infants & toddlers, care aligned with parent preferences, communities that have historically experienced lack of affordable care
  • Administered by: Business Oregon in partnership with Department of Early Learning & Care, who will provide the technical assistance for providers
