We’re a group of enthusiasts on a mission to create a supportive, inspiring and knowledge-driven environment for developers of any level of experience and enable them to elevate their expertise to the world-class level.

INIT is organized by a non-profit organization “Developers Banja Luka” which was founded on the roots of a Facebook group with over 2,600 members. The conference is organized by an initial team of 11 professionals who have previously held a series of smaller meetups or otherwise actively supported the IT community.

INIT will take place on November 2nd 2019 at Banski Dvor Banja Luka, one of the most beautiful historical buildings from the Austro-Hungarian era at the very heart of the city.
We expect an audience of around 400 developers, business owners, and engineering managers both local and regional.
