  • Name your sheet ‘Kats
  • ie My Town’
  • Then click on the link My Town.
  • Look at the map (how to read the map). You need to put all the data from the map onto your sheet

Using the sort tool to help you organise your data.

  • Click on the column you are investigating. Example number of cars.
  • Then click on data. Select sort A-Z. This will make the data go from smallest to biggest.
  • If you want biggest to smallest click sort Z-A.
  • To get your results back to order click on house column and select sort A-Z
