Evaluation of training/ What are we assessing?

2 assessment forms –

Municipality of ‘s-Hertogenbosch responsible for summarizing the results and monitoring the piloting process.

These are the initial piloting guidelines for partners prepared by EGINA.

Consult with Open Europe who are our internal evaluators.

NOTE: NA always is aiming at seeing the change before and after training. How could we do that? What do we measure then?

Evaluation of training / What are we assessing?

  • 60 adult educators in total will participate in piloting the exemplar lessons in a training environment;
  • 30 adult educators in total will participate in piloting the exemplar lessons in a coaching environment;
  • It will allow the developed lessons to be tested in real situations in all project countries. This will give the partners an opportunity to gain a hands-on experience and feedback from the project direct target group about the quality and applicability of the developed ToT materials and if there are any need for refinement. In addition, this activity will allow the partnership to start creating a non-formal network of professionals in the field of non-formal and informal education who will apply the newly developed methodology and training materials into their daily practices.
