Questions about registration?

  • Create a HAC account beginning July 1st.
  • Computer Access is available if needed. Please contact registrar to setup a time.
  • Parents of current Humble ISD Pre-K students do NOT need to complete online pre-registration. Parents will complete the annual update through HAC.
  • Pre-Registered Pre-K and Kindergarten students do NOT need to complete a 2024-2025 Annual Update this summer.
  • Please check PFE website over the summer for latest information and updates.

Health and wellness

Immunizations

State of Texas Requirement

Current official SIGNED/STAMPED record (MyChart not allowed per State)

Exceptions require affidavit or written physician statement.

Medications/Treatment

Require physician authorization in writing with parent signature (forms located on my web page).

Students may NOT carry medication on campus.

Health Issues

Complete online health information questions during registration. Asthma, Allergies, Seizures and Diabetes do require specific paperwork from MD prior to the first day.

First Aid

Teachers and nurse both help with first aid issues and minor ailments depending on severity.

Communication

The nurse will call the parents with serious health concerns.

Please have someone readily available to pick your child up during the school day in the event of an illness.

Is a foundational building block to readiness. Children need to be healthy, able to complete some self care tasks, and have routines that support healthy development.

things to work on over the summer

  • Start using Your child’s “school routine”--wake up earlier and go to bed earlier
  • Review “taking a break” in a quiet area when your child is upset
