“IMPACT OF GLOBALIZATION ON INDIA’S FOREIGN TRADE, SINCE 1991”�
Introduction:
After independence economic development of India took place through economic planning. In this process public sector was dominant in whole economic and financial decisions. We found as Indian economy was treated as closed and controlled economy. In 1990-91 Indian economy faced huge economic crises, so India has accepted Economic Reforms Policy by which privatization, liberalization and Globalization took place. Since last twenty years these elements made deep effects on social and economic sectors. New economic reforms policy affected on various sectors in our economy. On this ground we have decided to focus on India’s foreign trade. This research work throws light on impact of globalization on India’s foreign trade.
Objectives of the Study:
1) To study the impact of globalization on foreign
trade of India.
2) To find out the trends in exports and imports during the globalization era.
