About AIESEC
The World's
LARGEST
Youth Organization.
is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. We are a non-partisan, independent, not-for-profit international organization run by youth and recent graduates of institutions of higher education.
Its members are interested in world issues, leadership, and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or national/social origin.
Since we were founded, we have engaged and developed over 1,000,000 young people who have been through an AIESEC experience.
AIESEC
We provide youth leadership development opportunities through cultural exchanges and creating these opportunities to allow them to step out of their comfort zones. We place our confidence in youth because we believe youth have the passion, dynamism and entrepreneurial spirit that are needed to shape the future.
To deliver a more holistic leadership experience, we have various yet constant initiatives with externals that provide outward reality to our membership through community development projects and events.
We create a dynamic and welcoming environment through the active and enthusiastic participation of individuals. We enjoy being involved in our organization.

I started my journey as one of the school students participants from the partnership of School Partners with AIESEC in Johor Bahru, they came to our school and show us sustainability while demonstrating the youth energy. I really love the way they are and was always inspire to become a leader from the engagement they have with us.
With that, the first club that I look for when I enter UTM was AIESEC. After going through their product of Incoming Malaysian Youth Volunteer Project, I became one of the member in the function “Incoming Global Volunteer” and eventually, the director and now the Functional Head of Incoming Global Exchanges of AIESEC in Johor Bahru. The opportunity I hold now enables me to participate and bring back those experience I had back in my School times, to the youth todays to have the same opportunity and that is why I love AIESEC so much because they change so much in me for the better.

My journey with AIESEC began as a member of Incoming Global Volunteer. I quickly grew passionate about the organization’s mission to develop leadership skills and foster cross-cultural understanding among young people. After participating AIESEC for almost 4 months, I have learn a lot in every aspects. I worked on finance and legalities for the project of Northern Youth Leadership Conference 13.0, where I am incharge for project’s budget, accommodation, application letters and many more. This experience not only broadened my perspective but also strengthened my resolve to make a positive impact. My AIESEC journey has been incredibly rewarding, providing me with invaluable skills, lifelong friendships, and a deeper understanding of global issues.

My AIESEC journey so far has been a rewarding experience. As a business development member, I actively met with partners and conduct market research to identify potential partners for our Youth Speak Forum. I am deeply involved in meetings and have joined LLDS to engage with other members. Additionally, I participated in YSF as a participant and it is really fruitful experience. Recently, I applied for higher role in AIESEC to further my involvement and continue growing within AIESEC.
I love AIESEC! The organization’s relentless commitment to leadership development inspires everyone who has deeply given up on themselves. However, the practical experience of working on helping the organization demonstrates that everyone matters in AIESEC. Without AIESEC, I would never know what my strengths and weaknesses is. Therefore, my comment to AIESECer is to try everything available—because you'll never know until you try.
