Advice from a Former Faculty Champion, Kirk Brierley

"Take stock of what your program and courses are currently doing well with regard to the 3 pillars of integration. I was quite surprised when I polled my colleagues; they had already been incorporating these areas, often based on research, or even intuition. While some areas may need refinement or expansion, it feels good knowing that your program is off to a good start!

Next, there is nothing wrong with taking baby steps. Start with a pillar that may come a little easier to your program so that you gain a comfort level with the concepts and expand from there.

Finally, follow the guidelines and templates provided to you through the course. They really keep you on track and take the stress out of the deliverables."
