- Absences, tardies, time on task, class behavior, and participation will be evaluated for each project/lesson on a daily basis. Students will be expected to come to class on time, be prepared, exhibit integrity, and show respect towards classmates and teachers, and staff.
Process/Craftsmanship
(Participate, Positive Mental Attitude)
Student will be expected to complete work in and out of class. This includes sketching and planning, taking notes, cleaning up, taking tests and quizzes, self-evaluation, reading, learning vocabulary, doing research on artists, completing guided worksheets, planning outlines, and guided movie studies, etc. �
Product (Produce)- Student are required to take notes on teacher presentations which include oral instruction and requirements presented throughout each project/lesson. Students will review these requirement before they turn the final project in to make sure they are meeting the expectation presented at the beginning of the project/lesson. Guided lessons will be provided in class to support project completion.
Attendance/Makeup:
If you are absent (excused or unexcused), falling behind, or need more time to work, you may make arrangements with the teacher during lunch, before or after school to complete work and earn studio time. Students must make-up missed assignments and studio time within two school days of missed day within each hexter.
