Registration and Competition Process Steps Diagram
First-time Registration and Competition Steps
Recurring Competition Steps during the Competition Period
Complete the competition and obtain your scores.
Fill out the registration form on the competition page.
Download MyCT
or
Open MyCT.
Log in to MyCT using the account and password of Huayuworld.org.
Enter the competition.
Select the category series.
Click on the process diagram to view the instructions or click here to return to the process diagram page.

Personal Registration
STEP 1：Access the competition website and click on
"Personal Registration" based on your
respective category.
STEP 2：Fill out the registration form
and click "Submit".。
STEP 3：When the registration is completed, you will receive a notification email.
(The subjects of the email is “<<1st Pre.>> 2025 OCAC Global Mandarin Speaking
Competition”.)
The notification email includes
1.Personal MyCT account username.
2.QR Code.
3.Competition link URL.
Please register according to your respective category and do not register for other categories.
STEP 1：Access the competition website and click on
"Group Batch Registration" according based on
your respective category.
STEP 2：Download the sample file,
fill it out, and submit it.。
※ Important information to fill in
Fill in your personal account username/password.
Fill in the name of your school (e.g.韓國仁川中山中學校).
If you find any errors in the registration form, please re-register directly.
Click return to the flowchart page.
STEP 3：When the registration is completed,
you will receive a notification email.
(The subjects of the emails “<<1st Pre.>> 2025
OCAC Global Mandarin Speaking Competition”.)
The notification email includes
1.Personal MyCT account username and password.
2.QR Code.
3.Competition link URL.
Please register according to your respective category and do not register for other categories.
Group Registration
First-time Participation Process after Registration
Download/Open MyCT from the notification email and enter the group's competition introduction page.
STEP 1：Click on "Start" to enter
the "Opening" introduction page.
STEP 2：Download or open MyCT.
STEP 3：Enter the introduction page of the corresponding group's series competition and click on "Login".
Enter the username and password you provided during registration to log in to MyCT.
※ If the system does not correctly redirect you to the competition list but instead takes you to the homepage, please refer to "Accessing the Competition Page from the MyCT Homepage."
Open MyCT directly if it is already installed on your device,
or download MyCT based on your device type.
Click return to the flowchart page.
Click on "Start" to bring up the window for entering your username and password.
Click on "Start" to enter the "Opening" and complete all sections of the competition in order.
STEP 1：Click "Start" to enter the introduction
page of the "Opening“.
STEP 2：On the introduction page of the "Opening“
click "Start" to listen to the introduction.
STEP 4：The content of the opening is not scored,
just wait for the scores to be uploaded.
STEP 3：Just listen to the introduction without
speaking.

After finishing the "Opening“, proceed to the "Shadowing" of each group in sequence.
STEP 1：Click "Continue" in sequence to enter the
"Shadowing" introduction page.
STEP 2：Click "Start" on the "Shadowing"
introduction page.
STEP 4：When you hear the "ding," read each subtitle
and complete it. The system will then score.
STEP 3：Read the introduction of the Shadowing
and start the competition.

After completing the "Shadowing" competition, proceed to the "Sight Reading" competition in each respective group.
STEP 1：Click "Continue" in sequence to enter the
"Sight Reading" introduction page.
STEP 2：Click "Start" on the "Sight Reading"
introduction page.
STEP 4：When you hear the "ding," read each subtitle
and complete it. The system will then score.
STEP 3：Read the introduction of the Sight
Reading and start the competition.
Click return to the flowchart page.
Complete the three sections of competition in each category and view the Series Ranking.
STEP 1：After completing the three rounds of competition,
you will be able to see the overall scores of the three rounds.
STEP 2：By clicking "Continue," you can view your scores and real-time ranking for the three rounds of
the competition, as well as check the TOP40 series ranking.

During the competition period, go to the competition zone and select your TCML to update your competition region correctly
STEP 1：Click "Contest"

Unlimited Competition Participation
STEP 1：Launch MyCT, confirm that the “僑務委員會” server is displayed in the upper right corner, choose
it, and enter your password to log in.
(If you are not on the “僑務委員會” server, please change the orange server code in the front of the login box to "OCACTW：" and then enter your login name.)
STEP 2：Select "Contest" and enter the Speaking Contest Hall.
In the "Ongoing Contests I Joined" section, enter the respective group's series contest hall.

Unlimited Competition Participation
STEP 3：Click on "Scores" to freely choose to participate in "Shadowing" or "Sight Reading" again.
STEP 4：Choose "Shadowing" or "Sight Reading“. Click on "Start" and you can repeatedly participate
without limitation. MyCT will rank participants based on the best total score.

Guidelines for Recording High-Quality Audio
Recording precautions
※ When there is no recording, please keep the volume bar at 0.5-1.5 bars.
※ It is recommended to speak at a volume that reaches 3-6 bars on the volume bar during recording to minimize the chances of MyCT not receiving the recording.
※ It is recommended to lower the recording volume or increase the distance between the microphone and your mouth to minimize the interference of environmental noise.

STEP 1：After opening MyCT, log in (make sure the orange text before logging in is "OCACTW:").
After successfully logging in, please click on "Contest."。
STEP 2：Below the list of "Ongoing Contests I Joined" you can see the competitions you have
registered for. Click on them to access the competition page and start the competition.
