The internet makes meeting lots of people easy and fun, but it’s also important for us to be careful and think critically about who we connect with online.
Connecting with people online gives us wonderful opportunities to make new friends and keep in touch easily, yet it carries a different flavor than our in-person chats, bringing its own set of joys and challenges. �

What is sexting?�
Sexting is sharing private, sometimes flirty or naked pictures, which can be fun between consenting adults but can also be misused. When it involves minors, it is officially illegal to share these pictures. What could be the risks of sexting or sending flirty, naked pictures?

The bullier has a wider and biger audience and can bully at every time and day.

10% of young people between 15 and 25 have been victims of online threats and intimidation.
In primary school 4,5% of students is bullied online.
33% of 15-18 year olds mentions to have been bullied, wherefrom 35,9% online bullied.
6% of girls in primary school are being cyber bullied, whereas 2,8% of boys are being bullied online.
55,7% of 15-25 year olds have suffered emotional or psychological complaints and 6.9% physical injuries.
Children who experience both face-to-face bullying and cyber bullying experience the most problems.
