  • This project is also aiming at reducing the amount of papers that are currently being used in marks publication system.
  • It will also support the efficient of some services delivering at the college routine.

Problems Statement

  • Our college spend a lot of money buying papers.
  • The paperwork containing all college data takes up a lot of space.
  • Less efficient for service delivering like when students are coming to the college to view their marks hanged on the boards.
  • Poor data management like the data contained in school papers it is difficult to search for needed information.
  • Data security is poor.
  • People’s life is in danger some time as in our homes we find the small shops use the envelopes manufactured traditionally from those papers used.
  • Air pollution, when papers are more, they can decide to burn them which will release fumes in a sky and as well they are manufactured from trees which provoke the increase of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere and finally we face global warming problem.

  • My main objective was to develop a system which will handle the issue of papers that are being used in our College and overcome the issues illustrated above[Problem statements].

Conclusion

To sum up, College of Science and Technology need to persuade digital education which will facilitate the efficient of making decision and minimizes errors through using system instead of papers.

This project will reduce papers stored in offices for instance in library and also students will not be stressed, as they will easily get their results on designed system.
