• Centrale Photovoltaique : Les pistes se situent au milieu d’une centrale photovoltaïque. Des moutons paissent dans les enclos sous les panneaux. Pour tous problèmes liés à cette centrale, veuillez pendre contact avec

5. Roulage : Utiliser les bretelles reliant les zones de vol à la ZI. Le roulage à l’extérieur de la plateforme opérationnelle doit s’effectuer moteur arrêté.

• Points d’arrêt : A chaque croisement de piste , un point d’arrêt est défini. Il sera strictement respecté et annoncé à la radio.

​

• Accès spécial portail QFU 29 : le portail situé aux extrémités de la zone d’envol QFU 29 est uniquement réservé pour le berger, le personnel de maintenance et les locataires des hangars des constructeurs amateurs.�Les utilisateurs sont tenus de refermer les portails après chaque usage et de replacer le cadenas�Le public n’est pas admis à pénétrer sur la plateforme

3. This kind of airfiel needs an authorization of the administrator as much for the private airfield as the Ulm plateform.

3. Photovoltaic plant : De runways are located in the middle of a photovoltaic plant. Sheep graze under the panels. For all the problems related with that plant, take contact with :

4. Rolling : use the taxiways between the flying zones to the ZI. De rolling outside the operationnal platform must happen with the engine out.

5. Holding points: At each runway crossing, there is a defined holding point. It will strictly be repected and annonced via the radio.

​

6. Special access Door QFU 29 : the door at the end of the take-off QFU 29 is only reserved for the shepherd, the maintenance personnal and the pilots from the hangars « homebuilders.�The users have to close the door after each use and close the cadenas. �The public is not allowed to go to the platform

7. Piste sud - écolage ULM: Les décollages s’effectueront OBLIGATOIREMENT du seuil de chaque QFU de piste pour des raisons de sécurité. En effet, des panneaux photovoltaïques sont présents dans le prolongement de chaque fin de chaque QFU de la piste.

• Attention - R45 N3 : la plateforme est située juste en-dessous de la zone de survol à très basse altitude des avions militaires dans la R45N3. Consulter les cartes AZBA https://www.sia.aviation-civile.gouv.fr/asp/frameset_fr.asp?m=39

​

• Enregistrement des vols : un registre des vols est tenu dans chaque hangar et renseigne chaque vol effectué par l’ensemble des utilisateurs permanents et invités,

• Voltige :
1. Un axe de voltige peut-être ouvert. Consulter les NOTAM.
2. Zone : vertical de l’axe central de la grande piste et 500 m latéralement de chaque côté de l’axe, Le plancher de la zone est de 500m AAL et le plafond de FL50.
3. Les pilotes usagers (avec une autorisation d’atterrissage à Marville) sont les seuls habilités à effectuer la voltige
4. Téléphoner au chef de quart d’ETAIN avant et après le vol au numéro 03.29.87.82.51
5. Le pilote annonce le début et la fin de la voltige sur la fréquence club 123.5 MHz
6. Le pilote de voltige maintient OBLIGATOIREMENT la veille radio sur 123,5 MHz durant toute la séance d’évolution

7. South runway - training ULM : The take-off will begin ONLY from the beginning of each QFU side of each runway for security reasons. Indeed, photovoltaic pannels are situated in the extension of each end of each QFU side of he runway.

• Pay attention – R45N3 : the platform is situated under the flying zone very low altitude of the military jets called R45N3. �Check the map « AZBA » on �https://www.sia.aviation-civile.gouv.fr/asp/frameset_fr.asp?m=39

​

• Registration of the flights : a flying book is located in each hangar and gives the information of each flight done by all the permanent users and invited users.

​

• Acrobatic flights :
1. An acrobatic axe may be opened Check the NOTAM.
2. Zone : vertical of the central axe central of the main runway and 500 m left and right of the axe. The lowest altitude is 500 m and the highest is FL50.
3. The only users of the runway (with an authorization for landing at Marville) are authorized to perform acrobatic flights
4. Phone to the chief supervisor of ETAIN before and after the flight at the phone number 03.29.87.82.51
5. The pilot anonces the beginning and the end of the acrobatic flight on the frequence club 123,5 MHz
6. During the acrobatic manoeuvers , the pilot stays on the radio frequency 123,5 MHz
