New challenges

2021 was again a very difficult year in many ways.

  • The uncertainty around the Olympic Games

  • Different Countries/Continents different restrictions

  • Pressure from the NOCs-Athletes-Coaches

  • Difficulties to get the vaccinations in some countries

Key Achievements and progress in 2020-2021

Created the fairest and safest possible restart of the Olympic Qualifications.

2 Athlete representative for the 2022-2025 Strategic planning

Supporting all athletes to have a chance of racing the individual in Tokyo

Monthly calls with the IOC Athletes Committee

Strengthening the relation, more frequent calls with WADA

Finalized the swim behaviour document.

Helping the officials and keep a more fair field of play
