ENR015 – Program Code

​

  •  To identify students who are in specific programs or who have been flagged in a participating program within the district. 

​

  •  The report allows schools to select if they want to see students with the identification or without the identification for a specific program.

SEI001 – Student Email Report

  • The SEI001 - Student Email Information report is a report that provides teachers and staff with a listing of all assigned APS students' email address.

​

  • This report will allow teachers to verify each student has an appropriate APS email address. It is a useful resource  for teachers with new students (kindergarten, etc.) to assist with information needed at the start of the school year. 

​

  • Additionally, when students need to gain access to the district instructional platforms it will provide teachers will the student lunch number, Student ID number, and their NetworkID to assist them.

This form can be generated to share with

parents to take with them once a student is withdrawn.
