Believe - Once your brain sees an image of reality (or what it perceives it to be) - then it can start to believe it. We drill this into your brain with the power of repetition through daily affirmation writing.

Achieve - Through this SBA process, you understand the fundamentals of success like very few others do. Now you simply re-live all that you’ve already visualised & re-affirmed.

Step 1: See

The Process

Print out this entire worksheet.

  • When you wake up, study this sheet & look at your life’s vision. Look at what the future holds for you. Your life’s vision should give you courage. You can borrow courage from your idols & inspirations. Know that they also went through what you’re going through right now. They got passed it. �
  • Before you go to bed, I want you to close your eyes for 10 minutes and visualise your goals for this year. Then, I want you to visualise the tasks you’ll need to get there. Whether that be working out, watching game film, stretching, etc. People visualise success but they don’t visualize the steps to get there. I want you to replay you doing these menial tasks successfully again & again. This is so powerful.

Print out this entire SBA worksheet.

  • Once you can clearly see what the future could hold for you, it’s time to concretely focus on your goals and key behaviours that’ll get you there. This identity & affirmation worksheet is powerful in causing deep root level shift in your beliefs �
  • Just after you wake up and go through the first portion of this worksheet where you make your life’s vision & future so clear cut.

After that, look at your goals for the year, then your wikipedia sheet & finally your affirmations. Pick out one affirmation and write this down x10 on a piece of paper.

  • You’ve visualised time and time again the tasks that move the needle forward. Working out, studying game film, meditating, doing drills, battling and scoring.�
  • Over immense repetition you’ve drilled into your head time and time again your goals and by when you’re going to accomplish them. �
  • You’ve won half the battle. You’ve conquered yourself and now what’s left is just to work.�
