من اجل هذا تركتك في كريت لكي تكمل ترتيب الامور الناقصة و تقيم في كل مدينة شيوخا كما اوصيتك. ان كان احد بلا لوم بعل امراة واحدة له اولاد مؤمنون ليسوا في شكاية الخلاعة و لا متمردين.لانه يجب ان يكون الاسقف بلا لوم كوكيل الله
For this reason I left you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are lacking, and appoint elders in every city as I commanded you. if a man is blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of dissipation or insubordination. For a bishop must be blameless, as a steward of God,
غير معجب بنفسه ولا غضوب ولا مدمن الخمر ولا ضراب ولا طامع في الربح القبيح. بل مضيفا للغرباء محبا للخير متعقلا بارا ورعا ضابطا لنفسه. ملازما للكلمة الصادقة التي بحسب التعليم لكي يكون قادرا ان يعظ بالتعليم الصحيح و يوبخ المناقضين. فانه يوجد كثيرون متمردين يتكلمون بالباطل ويخدعون العقول ولا سيما الذين من الختان(تي 1: 5 – 10)
not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money, but hospitable, a lover of what is good, sober-minded, just, holy, self-controlled, holding fast the faithful word as he has been taught, that he may be able, by sound doctrine, both to exhort and convict those who contradict. For there are many insubordinate, both idle talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision,. (Tit 1 : 5 – 10)
فقال الرب فمن هو الوكيل الامين الحكيم الذي يقيمه سيده على خدمه ليعطيهم العلوفة في حينها (لو 12 : 42)
And the Lord said, "Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom [his] master will make ruler over his household, to give [them their] portion of food in due season? (Luk 12 : 42)
ثم يسال في الوكلاء لكي يوجد الانسان امينا (1كو 4 : 2)
Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful (1Co 4 : 2)
1) مفهوم الوكالة
The Concept of a Steward
فمدح السيد وكيل الظلم اذ بحكمة فعل لان ابناء هذا الدهر احكم من ابناء النور في جيلهم (لو 16 : 8)
"So the master commended the unjust steward because he had dealt shrewdly. For the sons of this world are more shrewd in their generation than the sons of light (Luk 16: 8)
1) مفهوم الوكالة

لانه يجب ان يكون الاسقف بلا لوم كوكيل الله غير معجب بنفسه و لا غضوب و لا مدمن الخمر ولا ضراب ولا طامع في الربح القبيح(تي 1 : 7)
For a bishop must be blameless, as a steward of God, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money (Tit 1 : 7)
2) غير معجب بنفسه
Not self-willed
و اما انت فلماذا تدين اخاك او انت ايضا لماذا تزدري باخيك لاننا جميعا سوف نقف امام كرسي المسيح (رو 14 : 10)
But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ (Rom 14 : 10)
لا يطلب احد ما هو لنفسه بل كل واحد ما هو للاخر (1كو 10 : 24)
Let no one seek his own, but each one the other's [well-being] (1Co 10 : 24)
لانه يجب ان يكون الاسقف بلا لوم كوكيل الله غير معجب بنفسه و لا غضوب و لا مدمن الخمر ولا ضراب ولا طامع في الربح القبيح(تي 1 : 7)

2) غير معجب بنفسه
Not self-willed
يا اغبياء اليس الذي صنع الخارج صنع الداخل ايضا (لو 11 : 40)
"Foolish ones! Did not He who made the outside make the inside also? (Luk 11 : 40)
3) ولا غضوب
Not quick tempered
لان غضب الانسان لا يصنع بر الله (يع 1 : 20)
for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God (Jam 1 : 20)
اغضبوا و لا تخطئوا لا تغرب الشمس على غيظكم (اف 4 : 26)
"Be angry, and do not sin": do not let the sun go down on your wrath, (Eph 4 : 26)
3) ولا غضوب
Not quick tempered
فاطلب اليكم انا الاسير في الرب ان تسلكوا كما يحق للدعوة التي دعيتم بها بكل تواضع و وداعة و بطول اناة محتملين بعضكم بعضا في المحبة.
(اف 4 : 1-2)
I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love (Eph 4 : 1-2)
4) ولا ... ولا ... ولا

لانه يجب ان يكون الاسقف بلا لوم كوكيل الله غير معجب بنفسه و لا غضوب و لا مدمن الخمر و لا ضراب و لا طامع في الربح القبيح. بل مضيفا للغرباء محبا للخير متعقلا بارا ورعا ضابطا لنفسه.

ضابطا لنفسه
Self-Controlled
لا تحبوا العالم و لا الاشياء التي في العالم ان احب احد العالم فليست فيه محبة الاب لان كل ما في العالم شهوة الجسد و شهوة العيون و تعظم المعيشة ليس من الاب بل من العالم. و العالم يمضي و شهوته و اما الذي يصنع مشيئة الله فيثبت الى الابد. (1يو 2 : 15 – 17)
Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that [is] in the world -- the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life -- is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.

4) ولا ... ولا ... ولا

و كل من يجاهد يضبط نفسه في كل شيء اما اولئك فلكي ياخذوا اكليلا يفنى واما نحن فاكليلا لا يفنى (1كو 9 : 25)
And everyone who competes [for the prize] is temperate in all things. Now they [do it] to obtain a perishable crown, but we [for] an imperishable [crown] (1Co 9 : 25)

5) مضيفا للغرباء
Hospitable
بل مضيفا للغرباء محبا للخير متعقلا بارا ورعا ضابطا لنفسه. (تي 1 : 8)
but hospitable, a lover of what is good, sober-minded, just, holy, self-controlled (Tit 1 : 8)
لا تنسوا اضافة الغرباء لان بها اضاف اناس ملائكة وهم لا يدرون (عب 13 : 2)
Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so [doing] some have unwittingly entertained angels (Heb 13 : 2)
يسلم عليكم غايس مضيفي و مضيف الكنيسة كلها يسلم عليكم اراستس خازن المدينة و كوارتس الاخ. (رو 16 : 23)
Gaius, my host and [the host] of the whole church, greets you. Erastus, the treasurer of the city, greets you, and Quartus, a brother. (Rom 16 : 23)

لان طاعتكم ذاعت الى الجميع فافرح انا بكم و اريد ان تكونوا حكماء للخير وبسطاء للشر (رو 16 : 19)
For your obedience has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning evil (Rom 16 : 19)

فاشترك انت في احتمال المشقات كجندي صالح ليسوع المسيح (2تي 2 : 3)
You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ (2Ti 2 : 3)
و الله قادر ان يزيدكم كل نعمة لكي تكونوا و لكم كل اكتفاء كل حين في كل شيء تزدادون في كل عمل صالح (2كو 9 : 8)
And God [is] able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all [things,] may have an abundance for every good work (2Co 9 : 8)
لا تجازوا احدا عن شر بشر معتنين بامور حسنة قدام جميع الناس ان كان ممكنا فحسب طاقتكم سالموا جميع الناس...... لا يغلبنك الشر بل اغلب الشر بالخير (رو 12 : 17 - 21)
Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men ….. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (Rom 12 : 17 -21)
6) محبا للخير

بل مضيفا للغرباء محبا للخير متعقلا بارا ورعا ضابطا لنفسه. (تي 1 : 8)

ليست هذه الحكمة نازلة من فوق بل هي ارضية نفسانية شيطانية
(يع 3 : 15)
This wisdom does not descend from above, but [is] earthly, sensual, demonic (Jam 3 : 15)
فاني اقول بالنعمة المعطاة لي لكل من هو بينكم ان لا يرتئي فوق ما ينبغي ان يرتئي بل يرتئي الى التعقل كما قسم الله لكل واحد مقدارا من الايمان (رو 12 : 3)
For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think [of himself] more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith (Rom 12 : 3)
و لكنها ستخلص بولادة الاولاد ان ثبتن في الايمان و المحبة و القداسة مع التعقل (1تي 2 : 15)
Nevertheless she will be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control (1Ti 2 : 15)
7) متعقلا ورعا
Sober-minded, holy
بل مضيفا للغرباء محبا للخير متعقلا بارا ورعا ضابطا لنفسه. (تي 1 : 8)

8) ملازما للكلمة الصادقة
Holding fast the faithful word
ملازما للكلمة الصادقة التي بحسب التعليم لكي يكون قادرا ان يعظ بالتعليم الصحيح و يوبخ المناقضين(تي 1 : 9)
holding fast the faithful word as he has been taught, that he may be able, by sound doctrine, both to exhort and convict those who contradict. (Tit 1 : 9)
لاحظ نفسك و التعليم و داوم على ذلك لانك اذا فعلت هذا تخلص نفسك و الذين يسمعونك ايضا (1تي 4 : 16)
Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you (1Ti 4 : 16)
و انك منذ الطفولية تعرف الكتب المقدسة القادرة ان تحكمك للخلاص بالايمان الذي في المسيح يسوع (2تي 3 : 15)
and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus (2Ti 3 : 15)

وعندنا الكلمة النبوية وهي اثبت التي تفعلون حسنا ان انتبهتم اليها كما الى سراج منير في موضع مظلم الى ان ينفجر النهار ويطلع كوكب الصبح في قلوبكم

And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts(2Pe 1:19)
