Background Information

When I joined EverDriven in December 2021, I was the first design hire for the

organization.

The team was lacking in design maturity, and was not using quantitative or

qualitative methods to understand user wants, goals, needs, and pain points.

This is the pitch deck I used to communicate my team’s needs and goals to our

CEO, Mitch Bowling, within the first week of taking over the team.
