What makes something a computer?
All computers do 4 things:
Input and output devices
Which of these devices are for input?
Which of these devices are for output?
Which of these devices can be used for both input and output?
Cut out the keyboard
Tape the flat edge of the keyboard onto the computer so you can still flip it up to see the components underneath.
Is this an input or output device?
Can you fill in the keys with the correct letters, numbers, and symbols?
Cut out an operating system logo
Choose one operating system, then glue or tape the OS logo to the back of your computer.
Cut out the software
Glue or tape the software onto your computer’s screen.

Cut out the screen
Draw a picture of your favorite website, app, or game on the screen.
Or, create your own website and draw it on the screen.
Then, tape it to the screen on your paper laptop.
