Systems Transformation

🡺 March 15: Initiative leads send their draft annual report to the designated Senior Director, with copy to Pascale.

🡺 March 26 (or earlier): For any substantive issues identified by the Senior Directors, initiative leadership provides feedback on how these have been addressed (copy Pascale).

🡺 March 28: Initiatives submit their 2023 annual technical report to PPU (performanceandresults@cgiar.org ), please cc Pascale.

Impact Platforms

🡺 By 15 March: Impact Platform Director submits Type 1 report to Frank Place for review and feedback. Please copy Pascale. 

🡺 By 22 March: Systems Transformation Senior Directors may provide feedback to Impact Platforms.

🡺 28 March: Impact Platform Director submits final Type 1 report to PPU (performanceandresults@cgiar.org ), copy Frank and Pascale.

Genetic Innovation

🡺 March 15 (or earlier): Initiative Leads send their draft annual report to the Science Managing Director (Sonja), cc Scarlett Crawford. You are invited to send as early as feasible, but no later than end of the day on Friday 15 March. Scarlett circulates the set of narrative reports to all members of the GI Management Team for their review.

🡺 March 28: Initiative leads submit reports within deadline, following PPU process (submission to performanceandresults@cgiar.org ).

Science Group Projects

🡺 March 15 (or earlier): SGP PI sends the draft annual report to the Science Managing Director (Sonja) and to BMGF, cc Scarlett Crawford. You are invited to send as early as feasible, but no later than end of the day on Friday 15 March.

🡺 March 20 (or earlier): PI receives feedback from BMGF and from the Science MD, cc Scarlett.

🡺 March 26 (or earlier): PI provides short confirmation by email to the Science MD, cc Scarlett, that they have addressed comments (including comments from BMGF). Sonja Vermeulen provides final 'approved' email to PI.

🡺 March 28: PI submits reports within deadline, following PPU process (submission to performanceandresults@cgiar.org).

RAFS & RII

🡺 March 15 - Initiative Lead/ Co-Lead send their report to RAFS Support Team (Roberto Rocha, Tunde Amole, and Ann Mureithi), who will consolidate the reports and share them with the RAFS Science Managing Director and the assigned reviewers.

Assigned reviewers from RAFS leadership team are:

- Crop Based Systems (PHI, EiA, SI-MFS) = Senior Director (Oscar O.) + RAFS Management Team member (Tbc) 

- Livestock Based Systems (LCSR, SAPLING, One Health) = Senior Director (Appolinaire D.) + RAFS Management

• March 20 (or earlier): Assigned reviewers to provide feedback to the initiative Lead/Co-Lead. The assigned reviewers will also send a summary to RAFS MD at the same time.
• March 26 (or earlier): For any substantive issues/ queries identified by the assigned reviewers, the initiative Lead/Co-Lead

provides feedback on how these points have been addressed.
