Volleyball
Volleyball is a very popular sport all around the world. When we started playing volleyball at school we loved it and wanted to start training it. For us, it’s so much fun. We have been training for six months and we think that volleyball is a difficult sport because you need to pay attention and be very focused about where the ball is and you need to have enough power to hit the ball to the right spot or person. It took us about one or two months to learn how to play and to understand what the rules are. We think that it depends on the person. For some people, it can take six to seven months or even more to learn how to play well. For us, the best thing about this sport is that, like in all team sports, you meet a lot of new friends. The only thing we don’t like is that after every practice we feel really tired and our legs and arms hurt. Our recommendations for everyone who wants to start training in this sport are to start with some exercises for the legs, practice the techniques of passing the ball, and, finally, go running every day.

Tennis
I like tennis because it makes me feel better. On the courts, I feel like I'm at home. Nine months ago I started playing tennis as a hobby and I had no idea that I would like it that much. And now I want to be a professional tennis player. I know I started a bit late, but I think it can happen if I am purposeful. I think that for nine months I have been playing very well and all of the coaches are saying that. I'm better than girls and boys that started long before me. At first, I was playing with orange balls, then with green balls and I was in Elite 10 for around 5 months. I’ve been with the normal ball in Elite 14 for 2 months and I play with boys and girls that are my age. I think that I’ve improved a lot since I'm in Elite 14 and I hope that I'll keep getting better.
I like tennis because when I play it I am very happy, and I feel powerful and strong. Another reason I like tennis is because most of my family plays it, and I enjoy playing it with my father. I really like tennis because Grigor Dimitrov, one of the best tennis players is Bulgarian. Tennis helps me to defeat anger and to deal with difficult problems. Tennis helps me to see the reason why I like it. Tennis even helps to make me feel more comfortable when I talk with my dad and we’ve become closer to each other.
Ice skating
We like figure skating because it is a beautiful and relaxing sport. It makes us feel calm and happy. The equipment that we need for training are skates, gloves, guards and warm clothes. You don't need to be good at ice skating to train. When we get better we go to competitions. For beginners, you don't need special skates, but when you start getting better and better you will need more professional skates. In Sofia, you can train in the Winter Palace and Slavia ice rink.

We interviewed a hundred people about different sports. Here are the results: 18.4% of the people who volunteered to participate said that their sport of choice is football. 13.2% chose basketball, 10.5% said tennis, but our clear winner is the choice of “Others”. In the submitted forms we saw all types of sports that go from well-known and beloved by many to ones that no one has ever heard of. We had the usual “swimming” and “volleyball”, but then we had sports like horse riding or e-sports. 70% of the people who answered the form told us that they would want to work as a professional in their sport of choice. And the other 30% said that they’d much rather play it casually. When we asked “When do you think your sport was invented?” the most common answer was “Around the 1800s”. Another question was “Do you have any experience with the sport?”. Since we can’t show the answers as numbers, we have picked out two of our favorite responses. Here they are:
E-sports are like sports but for video games. I'm pretty lazy so I love to play them. It's a fun time, but I have to warn you all that it is a very competitive field. Half of the people I know that go to tournaments are unreal at the games they play. I would want to play as a professional, but that is just a dream for now.

I’ve played three sports professionally. However, I had to decide which one should I invest in more seriously than the other two. So, I've been a professional skier as well as a professional swimmer. I decided to choose to play tennis out of all three of them. Mostly because when you go skiing, it’s rather cold, as when you train as a swimmer. Having a career from tennis you don’t have to suffer from chillness. As an active person, I can say, that going skiing was an amazing experience going down the slopes all day. And swimming was such an awesome experience as well. But tennis is far better. All the friendships you make, all the emotions you leave on the court. All the physical strength you need to have to play it. I can say I’ve chosen the hardest sport out of all, but I’ve chosen this path in life and I’m sticking to it.
