The equipment we used for filming our advert were two iPhone 8+
The two iPhone 8 plus were used for filming for different angles for example one iPhone was used for wide shots whereas the other was for more close up shots like over the shoulder.
Conventions here is the light that will be coming from the TV and we purposely closed the blinds because we didn’t want the light to reflect on the iPhone camera
Code here is the ‘Kong Strong’ energy drink next to the TV so that the audience can see the difference between the two products (Innocent and the energy drink)

Following shooting script/storyboard
For the shooting script the director made sure she was following the shooting script at all times when filming for the adverts. This was so that we were able to film without no problems and know what angles/shots to use throughout filming. Furthermore, it was important that we followed the shooting script so that we could stick to the original plan and not make any last minute changes.
Codes and convention is mini drama ads are meant to be short and snappy, so we made that our script and storyboard would fit the 30-60 second timescale

Follow safe working practices
We made sure to carry out a risk assessment before filming at the chosen places. At tesco because it is a supermarket products would be left on the floor or shelves disorganised which could lead to products falling on customers head or tripping from fallen products.
Convention here is we went to the healthy aisle so that the audience knows eating healthy is the way to go
Code are the Innocent smoothies that the camera will zoom into.

Follow production process (audio visual)
In order to follow production process we sat down and discussed what to do after and before filming making sure the equipment was set up correctly, shooting scripts and storyboards copies were ready if the original was lost.
In our advert we used the code of the mother picking up an Innocent smoothie. Furthermore, the upbeat music we will add is an example of a convention as an upbeat song will appeal more to the target audience than a slow beat song.
