Peace on earth – when?

The United Nations building in New York displays this Bible quotation from Isaiah 2:4:

صلح و سلامتی بر زمین - چه زمان؟

بر ساختمان سازمان ملل در نیویورک این نقل قول از اشعيا 2: 4 نوشته شده است:

This verse is one of several in Scripture that describe a time of lasting peace. Yet there has never been any real and lasting peace on earth. Indeed, there never will be true peace until people obey God. W hile they continue to go their own way there will always be trouble. Real and lasting peace will only come on earth when the Lord Jesus returns and restores the Kingdom of God. Isaiah 9:6 is a prophecy about the Lord Jesus Christ and describes him as ‘The Prince of Peace’. The following verse says, “Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end”.

این آیه یکی از چندین آیه‌ای است که در کتاب، اشاره به زمانی دارد که صلح و سلامتی بر زمین ماندگار است. اگرچه تا به امروز هیچ صلح واقعی بر زمین نیامده و به‌واقع تا زمانی که مردم از خدا اطاعت نکنند هیج صلح و آرامشی بر زمین نخواهد آمد. تا زمانی که مردم به راه خود ادامه دهند همیشه مشکلات زیاد خواهد بود. صلح و سلامتی حقیقی زمانی بر زمین خواهد آمد که عیسی مسیح بازگردد و پادشاهی خدا را باز برقرار کند. اشعیا 9: 6 پیشگویی در مورد عیسی مسیح است و او را بعنوان "سرور سلامتی" معرفی کرده است. آیه زیر می‌گوید: "افزونی فرمانروایی و صلح او را پایانی نخواهد بود و او بر تخت داوود و بر قلمرو او حکمرانی خواهد کرد" (اشعیا 9: 7).

"او در میان ملل داوری خواهد کرد و منازعات قوم‌های بسیار را فیصل خواهد داد. ایشان شمشیرهای خود را برای ساختن گاوآهن خواهند شکست و نیزه‌های خویش را برای تهیۀ ابزار باغبانی. دیگر قومی‌بر قومی‌شمشیر نخواهد کشید و جنگاوری را دیگر نخواهند آموخت"

They shall beat their swords into ploughshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore.

Zechariah 9:10 tells us that God will destroy weapons of war and Christ will bring peace to the whole world: “I (God) will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the war horse from Jerusalem; and the battle bow shall be cut off, and he (Christ) shall speak peace to the nations; his rule shall be from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth.”

زکریا 9: 10 به ما می‌گوید که خدا تمام سلاح‌های جنگ را از بین می‌برد و مسیح، صلح و سلامتی را به تمام دنیا خواهد آورد.

"ارابه را از اِفرایِم و اسب جنگی را از اورشلیم بر خواهم داشت و کمان جنگ شکسته خواهد شد. او صلح را به قومها ندا خواهد کرد و حکومتش از دریا تا دریا و از نهر فُرات تا کرانهای زمین خواهد بود" (زکریا 9: 10(

The extent of God’s kingdom

​

This verse from Zechariah shows that the Lord Jesus Christ will reign over the whole earth. In Lesson 10 we learned that a small stone smashed to powder the image in Daniel 2 and grew into a large mountain that filled the whole earth. This represents Christ returning to the earth, ending the rule of human governments and restoring God’s kingdom, which will fill the whole earth. In Psalm 2:8 God speaks of Jesus: “Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession.”

وسعت پادشاهی خدا

این آیه از زکریا نشان می‌دهد که عیسی مسیح بر تمام زمین حکمرانی خواهد کرد. در درس ۱۰ یاد گرفتیم که سنگی کوچک، تمثال دیده شده در دانیال باب 2 را از بین خواهد برد و باقی مانده‌های آن تبدیل به کوهی بزرگ خواهد شد که تمام زمین را پر خواهد کرد. این نشان می‌دهد که عیسی مسیح به زمین باز‌خواهد گشت و بر حکومت‌های زمینی پایان خواهد داد و پادشاهی خدا را باز برقرار خواهد کرد که تمام زمین را در بر می‌گیرد. در مزامیر 2: 8 خدا از مسیح می‌گوید: "از من بخواه که ملتها را میراث تو خواهم گردانید و کرانهای زمین را مُلک تو خواهم ساخت" (مزامیر 2: 8).

The Lord Jesus will rule the whole world from Jerusalem. At present it is a troubled city. We are encouraged to pray for its peace – the time when Jesus Christ will reign as king in “the city of the great King” (Matthew 5:35).

عیسی مسیح از اورشلیم بر تمام دنیا حکمرانی خواهد کرد. در حال حاضر در آن شهر مشکلات زیادی وجود دارد و بهتر است که ما برای برقراری صلح در آنجا دعا کنیم. زمانی می‌آید که مسیح بعنوان پادشاه در این "شهر پادشاه عظیم" حکمرانی خواهد کرد (متی 5: 35).

"برای صلح و سلامت اورشلیم دعا کنید: باشد که دوستدارانت در آسایش باشند. در میان برج‌هایت امنیت حکمفرما باشد و در میان باروهایت، صلح و سلامت" (مزامیر 122: 6-7).

God’s plan for His kingdom

​

Life will be very different for men and women who are accepted into God’s kingdom. They will be given a nature like God’s – they will be incorruptible (unable to sin) and immortal (unable to die).

However, we learned in Lesson 7 that some mortal people will live in God’s kingdom when Jesus Christ is king. These will be people living at the time of Christ’s return who do not know the Gospel. In His mercy God has set aside this time so that they can learn about salvation through the Lord Jesus. If they repent, accept the Lord Jesus as their saviour and live faithful lives during this time, they too will eventually be given immortal life.

This period of time when Christ Jesus reigns as king will last for 1,000 years (Revelation 20:4,6). W e call this period the Millennium (the word ‘millennium’ means 1,000 years, just as ‘century’ can mean 100 years). The Millennium will be a wonderful time, particularly for those who are immortal, but it will not be perfect. The mortal people will still have human nature and be able to sin, and they will still grow old and die.

نقشه‌های خدا برای پادشاهی

زندگی برای مردان و زنانی که در پادشاهی پذیرفته شده اند، بسیار متفاوت خواهد بود. آنها ذاتی همانند ذات خدا خواهند داشت. آنها قادر به گناه نیستند و جاودانه خواهند شد (هرگز نمی‌میرند).

اگرچه در درس هفت آموختیم که انسان‌های فانی نیز در پادشاهی خدا و در زمان فرمانروایی مسیح، زندگی خواهند کرد. افرادی خواهند بود که هنگام بازگشت مسیح از کتاب مقدس هیچ چیزی نمی‌دانند. خدا به واسطه رحمت خود این زمان را برای آنان مقرر کرده تا بتواند در مورد رستگاری از طریق عیسی مسیح بیاموزند. اگر توبه کنند و مسیح را بعنوان نجات‌دهنده انتخاب کنند و در زمان داده شده با ايمان زندگی کنند، به آنها نیز عمر جاودان داده خواهد شد.

این دوره که مسیح بعنوان پادشاه بر آنها حکمرانی می‌کند، هزار سال طول خواهد کشید (مکاشفه 20: 4-6). این زمان به مِلِنیوم (یا هزاره) معروف است. (کلمه مِلِنیوم به معنای هزار سال است. همانطور که یک قرن به معنای صد سال است). هزاره زمانی شگفت‌انگیز خواهد بود. به خصوص برای افرادی که فناناپذیرند، اما بی‌نقص نخواهد بود. انسان‌های فانی همچنان دارای ذات انسانی هستند و می‌توانند گناه کنند. آنها همچنان پیر می‌شوند و می‌میرند.

After the Millennium

​

From the beginning of time God’s purpose has been to fill His beautiful earth with faithful people who have chosen to serve Him and are free from sin. This purpose will be accomplished at the end of the Millennium. The world will then be perfect – no human nature will remain, and sin and death will have been removed. Only immortal believers will be privileged to live after the 1,000 years

(those who were given immortal life at Christ’s return, as well as those who accepted God’s salvation during the Millennium).

Christ will deliver the kingdom to God. This will be the time when God will live among sinless people for ever. The Bible describes this as a time when God will be “all in all” (1 Corinthians 15:28).

بعد از هزاره

از آغاز، هدف خدا پر کردن زمینِ زیبا از انسان‌های ایمانداری بوده است که خدمت به او را انتخاب کرده و از گناه مبرا هستند. این هدف در پایان هزاره اجرا خواهد شد و سپس دنیا بی‌نقص خواهد گردید. هیچ ذات انسانی باقی نمی‌ماند و گناه و مرگ از بین خواهد رفت. تنها ایمانداران فناناپذیر افتخار زندگی بعد از هزاره را دارند.

(به کسانی که هنگام بازگشت مسیح به آنها زندگی جاودان داده شده و همین‌طور کسانی که رستگاری خدا را در هزاره پذیرفته اند).

مسیح پادشاهی را تحویل خواهد داد و زمانی خواهد رسید که خدا میان انسان‌های فناناپذیر زندگی خواهد کرد. کتاب مقدس این زمان را اینگونه معرفی کرده است که خدا "كل در کل" باشد. (1 قرنتیان 15: 28).

So there will be two very different phases (or ages) after the return of the Lord Jesus Christ to this earth:

​

• the 1,000 year reign of Christ – the Millennium
• the time after this, when all sin and death will be removed – God will live for ever with immortal believers in a perfect world.

پس دو دوره و یا زمان متفاوت هنگام بازگشت مسیح وجود خواهد داشت:

​

• هزار سال فرمانروایی مسیح - هزاره
• زمان بعد از هزاره که گناه و مرگ از بین رفته است - خدا به همراه ایمانداران فناناپذیر در دنیایی بی نقص زندگی خواهد کرد

The people living during the Millennium

​

1. True believers given immortal life at Christ’s return – They will rule the world with Christ as members of his government. They will also teach the mortal people God’s ways. Revelation 5:9-11 describes these immortal believers praising Christ: “And they sang a new song, saying, ‘Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation, and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth’.”

2. Jews living at Christ’s return who accept him as their king when they see him – These Jews will be allowed to live in God’s kingdom as mortal people. They will live in the land of Israel and become the chief of the nations (Deuteronomy 28:13). They will be greatly blessed and will be taught God’s ways. The twelve apostles will govern them for Christ (Matthew 19:28, Luke 22:28-30).

افرادی که در زمان هزاره زندگی می‌کنند

1. ایمانداران واقعی به هنگام بازگشت مسیح زندگی جاودان را دریافت خواهند کرد- آنها بعنوان اعضای دولت مسیح بر دنیا حکومت می‌کنند و همینطور راه خدا را به انسان‌های فانی تدریس خواهند کرد. مکاشفه 5: 9-11 ایمانداران فناناپذیری که مسیح را ستایش می‌کنند اینگونه توصیف کرده است: "و سرودی تازه بدین‌سان می‌سرودند که: تو سزاوار گرفتن طوماری و سزاوار گشودن مُهرهای آن، چرا که ذبح شدی و با خون خود مردم را از هر طایفه و زبان و قوم و ملت برای خدا خریدی و از آنان حکومتی ساختی و کاهنانی که خدمتگزار خدای ما باشند و اینان بر زمین سلطنت خواهند کرد. آنگاه نظر کردم و صدای خیل فرشتگان را شنیدم که گرداگرد آن تخت فراهم آمده بودند و گرداگرد آن موجودهای زنده و آن پیران. شمار آنها از هزاران هزار و کُرورها کُرور بیشتر بود" (مکاشفه 5: 9-11).

2. یهودیانی که در زمان بازگشت مسیح زندگی می‌کنند و هنگام دیدن مسیح او را بعنوان پادشاه خود قبول می‌کنند- این یهودیان اجازه دارند بعنوان انسان‌های فانی در پادشاهی خدا زندگی کنند. آنها در سرزمین اسرائیل زندگی کرده و بعنوان رهبران ملت‌ها خواهند بود. (تنيه 28: 13). به آنها برکتی عظیم داده خواهد شد و مسیر خدا به آنها آموزش داده خواهد شد. دوازده شاگردان مسیح برای او حکمرانی خواهند کرد. (متی 19: 28 و لوقا 22: 28-30).

3. People from other nations (Gentiles) who are alive at Christ’s return and who accept Christ as king – They will be allowed to live as mortal people at this time and learn about God. Isaiah 2:2,3 says: “It shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established as the highest of the mountains, and shall be lifted up above the hills; and all the nations shall flow to it, and many peoples shall come, and say: ‘Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths’. For out of Zion shall go the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.”

3. مردمانی از ملت‌های دیگر (غیر‌یهودیان) که در زمان بازگشت مسیح زنده‌اند و او را بعنوان پادشاه می‌پذیرند- به آنها اجازه داده خواهد شد تا بعنوان افراد فانی زندگی کنند و راه خدا را بیاموزند. اشعیا 2: 2-3 می‌گوید: "در ایام آخر واقع خواهد شد که کوه خانۀ خداوند بالاتر از تمامی‌ کوهها استوار خواهد گردید و فراتر از تپه‌ها برافراشته خواهد شد و تمامی ‌قومها به سوی آن روان خواهند گشت. قومهای بسیار آمده، خواهند گفت: بیایید به کوه خداوند برویم و به خانۀ خدای یعقوب برآییم تا راههای خود را به ما تعلیم دهد و در طریق‌های وی گام برداریم. زیرا شریعت از صَهیون صادر خواهد شد و کلام خداوند از اورشلیم" (اشعیا 2: 2-3).

Jerusalem – the world capital

​

The Lord Jesus will reign as king from the city of Jerusalem, which will become the capital of the world. The passage above shows that the Word of God will go out from Jerusalem throughout the whole earth. It will bring love, joy and peace for all who listen and obey the king.

Christ’s government will be perfect, ruling the nations with righteousness, wisdom and authority. Our world’s problems, like poverty, oppression and starvation, will be solved. Wickedness amongst the mortal population will be brought under control: “For when your judgements are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness” (Isaiah 26:9).

The Old Testament prophet Jeremiah confirms that Jerusalem will become the capital city of the whole world and shows that sin will be restrained: “At that time Jerusalem shall be called the throne of the LORD, and all nations shall gather to it, to the presence of the LORD in Jerusalem, and they shall no more stubbornly follow their own evil heart” (Jeremiah 3:17).

اورشلیم پایتخت دنيا

عیسی مسیح بعنوان پادشاه از شهر اورشلیم حکمرانی خواهد کرد و پایتخت دنیا خواهد بود. متن بالا نشان می‌دهد که کلام خدا از اورشلیم نیز گذشته و تمام زمین را در بر می‌گیرد و برای تمام کسانی که از پادشاه پیروی می‌کنند، عشق و شادی، صلح و سلامتی به ارمغان خواهد آورد.

دولت مسیح بی‌نقص خواهد بود. او با خِرَد، رستگاری و قدرت بر ملت‌ها حکمرانی خواهد کرد. مشکلات دنیای ما از قبیل فقر، گرسنگی و ستم از بین خواهد رفت. شرارت بین اقوام فانی کنترل خواهد شد. "آنگاه که داوری‌های تو بر زمین اجرا شود ساکنان جهان پارسایی را خواهند آموخت" (اشعیا 26: 9).

در عهد عتيق ارميای نبی تایید می‌کند که اورشلیم پایتخت تمام دنیا خواهد بود و نشان می‌دهد که گناه برای همیشه مهار خواهد شد: "زیرا در آن ایام اورشلیم ’تخت پادشاهی یهوه‘ خوانده خواهد شد و تمامی ‌قومها به جهت بزرگداشت نام یهوه در اورشلیم گرد خواهند آمد و دیگر سرسختانه از دلِ شریرِ خود پیروی نخواهند کرد" (ارمیا 3 : 17).

Life during the Millennium

​

1. Plenty of food for everyone – The curse on the ground, which God gave because of Adam’s sin (Genesis 3:17-19), will be removed and the earth will become wonderfully fruitful. Psalm 72:16 says: “May there be abundance of grain in the land; on the tops of the mountains may it wave; may its fruit be like Lebanon …”

Mountain-tops are usually bare. If there are crops on the top of the mountains, there will be great abundance in the valleys! Even the deserts will be fertile in those days: “… the desert shall rejoice and blossom like the crocus; it shall blossom abundantly and rejoice with joy and singing” (Isaiah 35:1,2).

2. Healing of mind and body – Far better health will accompany this blessing. When Jesus lived on the earth 2,000 years ago, he used God’s power to heal many who were sick. In God’s kingdom this power will be seen again. Isaiah 35:5,6 provides this picture: “Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf unstopped; then shall the lame man leap like a deer, and the tongue of the mute sing for joy.”

زندگی در هزاره

1. فراوانی غذا برای همه - لعنتی که بر زمین است و توسط گناه آدم ایجاد شد (پیدایش 3: 17-19) از بین خواهد رفت و زمین به طور شگفت‌انگیزی پربار خواهد شد. مزامیر 72: 16 می‌گوید: "باشد که غله در سراسر زمین فراوان گردد و بر فراز تپه‌ها موج زنَد و میوۀ آن همچون لبنان باشد. باشد که مردمان همچون علف صحرا از شهرها شکوفه زنند" (مزامیر 72: 16).

قله کوه‌ها معمولا خالی است. اگر بر قله کوه‌ها محصول باشد در دره‌ها فراوانی خواهد بود. حتی صحرا‌ها نیز در آن زمان حاصلخیز می‌شوند. "بیابان و خشکزار شادمان خواهد شد و صحرا به وجد آمد همچون گل سرخ خواهد شکفت؛ شکوفۀ بسیار خواهد آورد و وجدکنان فریاد شادی سر خواهد داد. جلال لبنان به آن عطا خواهد شد، شکوه کَرمِل و شارون؛ جلال یهوه را خواهند دید و شکوه خدای ما را مشاهده خواهند کرد" (اشعيا 35: 1-2).

2. بازسازی ذهن و جسم - سلامتی شگرفی با این برکت همراه خواهد بود. 2000 سال پیش مسیح از قدرت خدا برای درمان بیماران استفاده می‌کرد. در پادشاهی خدا این قدرت به چشم دیده می‌شود. اشعيا 3: 5-6 این را به تصویر می‌کشد. "قوم بر یکدیگر ظلم خواهند کرد، همسایه بر همسایه. جوانان بر پیران ستم روا خواهند داشت و فرومایگان بر بزرگمردان. هر کس در خانۀ پدری دست به دامان برادر خویش شده، خواهد گفت: تو را عبایی هست؛ پس بر ما حاکم باش و این ویرانه زیر دست تو باشد" (اشعیا 3: 5-6).

3. Mortal people will live longer – Isaiah 65:19,20 show that mortal people will live longer than they do now, so that someone who dies at 100 years old will be considered young: “I will rejoice in Jerusalem and be glad in my people; no more shall be heard in it the sound of weeping and the cry of distress. No more shall there be in it an infant who lives but a few days, or an old man who does not fill out his days, for the young man shall die a hundred years old, and the sinner a hundred years old shall be accursed.”

3. مردم فانی زندگی طولانی تری خواهند داشت - اشعیا 65: 19-20 نشان می‌دهد که مردم فانی زندگی طولانی تری نسبت به امروزه خواهند داشت. بنابراین کسی که در صد سالگی می‌میرد جوان خواهد بود: "بر اورشلیم شادی خواهم کرد و به سبب قوم خویش به وجد خواهم آمد. صدای گریه و ناله دیگر در آن شنیده نخواهد شد. دیگر هرگز در آن کودکی نخواهد بود که چند روزی بیش زنده نماند و نه پیرمردی که عمر خود را به‌کمال نرساند. آن که در صد سالگی بمیرد، جوان محسوب گردد و آن که به صد سالگی نرسد، ملعون به‌شمار آید" 

God keeps His promises

​

These promises come from God and can be trusted. Read Isaiah 55:6-11 – notice particularly what God says in verse 11: “… so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.”

So we may look forward with joy to that time when “the ransomed of the LORD shall return and come to Zion with singing; everlasting joy shall be upon their heads; they shall obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away” (Isaiah 35:10).

خدا به عهد خود وفا خواهد کرد

این عهد خداست و قابل اعتماد است. اشعيا 55: 6-11 را بخوانید. به کلام خدا در آیه ۱۱ دقت کنید: "همچنان خواهد بود کلام من که از دهانم صادر می‌شود؛ بی‌ثمر نزد من باز‌نخواهد گشت، بلکه آنچه را خواستم به جا خواهد آورد و در آنچه آن را به انجامش فرستادم کامران خواهد شد" (اشعیا 55: 11).

پس ما با شادی در انتظار زمانی خواهیم بود که:

"و فدیه‌شدگان خداوند باز‌خواهند گشت. سرودخوانان به صَهیون داخل خواهند شد و شادی جاودانی زینت‌بخش سَرشان خواهد بود. از شادمانی و خوشی برخوردار خواهند شد و غم و ناله خواهد گریخت" (اشعيا 35: 10).

The end of the Millennium and a time of perfection

So the Millennium will be a time when the world is gradually restored to the condition it was in when God first created it. It needs to become ‘very good’ once more to prepare it for God Himself to live with people. Towards the end of the 1,000 years some of the mortal people will rebel against the rule of the Lord Jesus in one final act of human wickedness. Christ will, of course, completely overcome this rebellion. He will reign until all God’s enemies have been destroyed, finally removing sin and death from the earth. He will then deliver the kingdom to his Father: “Then comes the end, when he (Christ) delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying every rule and every authority and power. For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be destroyed is death” (1 Corinthians 15:24-26).

“He will swallow up death forever; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from all faces, and the reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, for the LORD has spoken” (Isaiah 25:8). Only then will this earth enjoy peace that will never end.

پایان هزاره و زمان بی‌نقص

هزاره زمانی خواهد بود که جهان به وضعیت اولیه خود و همانطور که در آغاز خلق شده بود باز‌خواهد گشت و بار دیگر باید خیلی بهتر شود تا آماده پذیرش زندگی خدا و مردم در آن باشد. در انتهای هزاره افراد فانی زیادی از فرمان عیسی مسیح بعنوان آخرین حرکت شریرانه انسانی سرپیچی خواهند کرد. اگرچه مسیح کاملا این شرارت را برطرف خواهد کرد و تا زمان از بین بردن تمامی ‌دشمنان خدا بر زمین حکمرانی می‌کند و در نهایت گناه و مرگ را از زمین پاک می‌کند و بعد پادشاهی را به پدر تحویل خواهد داد.

"و بعد از آن انتها است وقتی که ملکوت را به خدا و پدر سپارد و در آن زمان تمام ریاست و تمام قدرت و قوت را نابود خواهد گردانید زیرا مادامی‌که همه دشمنان را زیر پایهای خود ننهد، می‌باید او سلطنت بنماید. دشمن آخر که نابود می‌شود، موت است" (1 قرنتیان 15: 24-26).

"او مرگ را تا به ابد فرو خواهد بلعید؛ خداوندگارْ یهوه اشکها را از هر چهره خواهد زدود و ننگ قوم خویش را از تمامی‌ زمین بر خواهد گرفت، زیرا که خداوند سخن گفته است" (اشعیا 25: 8).

پس این زمین برای همیشه از صلح و سلامتی که هرگز پایانی نخواهد داشت پر خواهد شد.

The world will finally be a place where God, who is totally holy and sinless, can live with men and women. The whole earth will be filled with the glory of God. He – the great Creator – will fill the earth with His spirit.

• وقتی عیسی مسیح به زمین باز‌می‌گردد پادشاه دنیا خواهد بود.

• ایمانداران فناناپذیری که به همراه مسیح بر دنیا حکمرانی می‌کنند و در مورد خدا به افراد فانی تعلیم می‌دهند.

• When Jesus Christ returns he will become king of the world.
• His capital city will be Jerusalem.
• In the Millennium there will be:
• immortal believers who will rule the world with Christ and will teach the mortal people about God;
• mortal people living at Christ’s return who do not know the Gospel and who accept Christ as king – they will be taught God’s ways.
• At the end of the Millennium, Christ will deliver the kingdom to God. The world will then be perfect and God will live among immortal men and women.
