The really Good News (Gospel) is how Jesus keeps arriving in our lives to rescue us in this moment.
The Best News is that He is coming back to make everything right once and for all.
Now, we’ve been waiting roughly 2000 years for Jesus to return…
Romans 8
18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. 19 For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope
Romans 8
21 that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now.

23 And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.
26 Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness.
Waiting
No, it shouldn’t be just about waiting.
God is here with us. He has poured out his spirit on us.
He has come for us. Are our hearts ready to receive him?

Our finite hearts can’t handle all we are putting them through.
So, we become “hard hearted” or “lose heart”
…….sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, Luke 4:18 KJV
We come to God is our waiting and for preparation of our hearts

Psalm 46:10
10 “Be still, and know that I am God.� I will be exalted among the nations,� I will be exalted in the earth!”
Honest and Open with God.
Psalm 139:23-24
23 Search me, God, and know my heart;�Put me to the test and know my anxious thoughts;�24 And see if there is any hurtful way in me,�And lead me in the everlasting way.
Agree with God about our sin and we receive His forgiveness.
1 John 1:9
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness
We ask God to heal our broken places.
Psalm 34:18
18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Ask God to renew our hearts and open our eyes to Himself.
