Florida Blue Contracting

Contracting Steps

Contract directly with Florida Blue through their online portal. During setup, indicate whether you hold a Florida license or out-of-state license. Complete all digital agreements and training requirements.

What to Upload

Submit your active insurance license, W-9 tax form, E&O certificate, and completed contracting forms. All documents must be current and clearly legible for processing.

After Submission

Approval takes approximately 7-10 business days. Florida Blue will communicate approval through email and their agent portal. You'll receive your Producer ID and access to agent resources upon approval.
