The Yellow Brick House website was designed to bring awareness to domestic violence issues and to allow donors to show their support.
We have observed that users don’t trust nonprofits because they don’t show enough credibility, which is preventing them from donating.
How might we improve the user experience on the website, so that donors are successful based on feeling good about donating to this nonprofit?
