Log into OnCorps
Double check that your info is correct:
Select 2024-2025 program year
Scroll through list until you find Minnesota Alliance With Youth
Select AmeriCorps Member Link
Enter your login credentials
If you forgot your password, go here:
This is your home page
Select TIME TRACKING
to submit a timesheet
Select the “Enter Timesheets” link
Click on your name to expand
Double check the information I highlighted in the green box:
You can also use this section to monitor your progress with hours
Select a timesheet period here
You can only submit timesheets when you have finished serving all of the hours on that timesheet
Example: You will submit the 2/1-1/15 timesheet on 2/17 (or at the end of day today).
This timesheet and payroll schedule is available on the PF Google Site
After you select a period, the timesheet will appear here:
You can choose up to 19 categories per day
Under “Categories” you will be able to select activities from a dropdown list
Most of the time your timesheet should look like this with just “onsite service activities” and you will add how much time you spent on site to the “Total Hours” section
Onsite Service Activities means anything you do at your site/ with your focus list students
Examples:
If you attend a required training in person with the Alliance, you can include the time it took you to commute there in your total hours
There are only 4 instances when you are allowed to select “Teleservice”:
On each timesheet, you can serve up to 2 hours pursuing “Life After AmeriCorps” activities
You will have to specify which activity your participated in in the activity description:
● Career Research
● Informational Interviews
● Professional Networking
● Standardized Test Prep (not test taking time)
● Scholarship/Financial Aid Application
● Exploring Continuing Education
On weekdays that you are not serving hours at all (sick days, on vacation, etc.) select “Approved Time Off”
On weekends or federal holidays, just leave those days blank
NEVER use the comment section!!!!
This creates a permanent record that couple potentially get your timesheet audited and take away your hours permanently!
If you have questions, concerns, or need to clarify something, communicate that via email
To submit a timesheet, select
“Authorize and Submit”
To save a timesheet to continue filling out later, select “Save”
Once you submit the timesheet, it goes to your supervisor for approval.
If you need to make any changes after submitting, email your PF Leader to unlock the timesheet for you
The end…
