Proposed changes

  1. Move Be Amazing from D42 to A11 as the company has moved to downtown.
  2. Move Diligent Toastmasters from A15 to A12. This will even out the strength of clubs in A15. Diligent is an online only downtown club.
  3. Move Mandarin Learners, an online only club based in Vancouver, from B21 to A14 to balance A14.

  1. Move Talking Titans to D41 as the club is not in South Vancouver.
  2. Add Kerrisdale Toastmasters from B24 to B23 with other Kerrisdale/Kitsilano/UBC clubs.
  3. Add to B23 Empowering Entrepreneurs (new charter)
  4. Move Precision Talkers from D41 to B24 due to geography.

Proposed changes

  1. Move Branching Out to C31 Northern BC. This strong, online club has members from Vancouver and Prince George.
  2. Due to a travel issue for AD, move Sundogs Toastmasters (Yukon) to Area E52. This strong area can support the Yukon club; budget for two visits by Area Director or Division Director to Yukon.

  1. Move City of the Arts Club from E53 to C32 – it is hybrid with Powell River members.
  2. Add Svante Toastmasters to D42 (new charter)
  3. Move PARAKEETS Toastmasters Club from D44 to D42 (request from division)
  4. Move Spoken Word from D42 to D44 (request from division)
