Service bed with crane assembly

You must glue the parts or solder them with a soldering iron.

For the service bed version with a crane, I think it would be better to place the Receiver in the right center box. I think it would be easier to run two cables from the Main ESC (which is located under the driver's seat) and the Servo into this box, than to run 4-5 cables from the small ESCs (which are needed to control the crane and outriggers), to the Receiver, which in the base model is located under the passenger seat.

Main model modification for utility beds

- To install a service bed, the basic model must be modified. The minimum you should do is lengthen the chassis with a +36mm extension to the wheelbase. It is also recommended to install a front bumper with a utility brush guard, doors with wide mirrors, utility running boards and dual wheels.

- If you are planning to modify a truck that you have built previously, follow next steps.

- If you are building a new truck, follow the basic instructions, but consider the following steps for installing alternative parts.

All specified parts have been added to the archives with the base model (archive with individual parts, folder with alternative parts).

31 of 37

Chevy single cab truck +36mm chassis extension

To install a +36mm wheelbase extension for a single cab pickup, you need to replace the mid frame parts, transmission subframe, and exhaust pipes.

Parts to replace painted red! You also need to install a longer rear drive shaft 138-213mm adjustable drive shaft.

32 of 37

Chevy crew cab truck +36mm chassis extension

To install a +36mm wheelbase extension for a crew cab pickup, you need to replace the mid frame parts, transmission subframe, and rear exhaust pipes.

Parts to replace painted red!

Front bumper with utility brush guard assembly and installation

All screws for brush guard is M2x8

To print grill details, disable printing of the top and bottom layers in the slicer settings. Filling type - Grill, density - 20-25%.

34 of 37

Door with wide mirror assembly

To install wide mirrors you need a modified door from a folder with alternative parts. A regular door is not compatible with wide mirrors.

All screws for assembly is M2x6, except one. You also need two M2 nuts.

M2x8

35 of 37

Utility running boards installation

The running board must be glued or soldered with a soldering iron. The same action applies to the Crew Cab version, but there the running board is divided into two parts. First you need to tighten it using an M2x8 screw.
