Purpose

is to establish structured guidelines that ensure teachers conduct classes with professionalism, consistency, and efficiency. This SOP is designed to:

    • Maintain accuracy and compliance by verifying classroom details, lesson content, and system readiness before and during delivery.
    • Ensure full coverage of sessions through proper recording, camera framing, and audio clarity.
    • Promote student engagement by opening classes professionally, encouraging participation, and managing late entries without disruption.
    • Safeguard instructional quality by enforcing correct pacing, lesson alignment, and adherence to approved teaching methods.
    • Provide clear protocols for handling technical issues on both the student and teacher side, ensuring minimal disruption and continuity of learning.
    • Reinforce professionalism by requiring teachers to remain focused, disciplined, and responsive throughout the session.

1.Classroom Verification

    • Confirm the assigned room number or classroom ID once logged in to avoid in avoid mistakenly joining the wrong class.

    • Validate entries against the official class data posted on the schedule board.

2. Class Recording

    • Begin recording immediately upon logging in to ensure full session coverage.

    • Save recordings with correct file names, store them in the designated folder, and ensure they are archived on the D-drive

3. Camera Framing

    • Student framing must remain unchanged, and teachers are required to use the default framing without making any adjustments.Adjust camera framing to ensure all students are clearly visible, taking into account class size and seating arrangement.

4. Voice Control

    • Maintain proper voice modulation: speak clearly at a moderate volume.

    • Avoid extremes of being too loud or too soft to ensure clarity and comfort for students.

5. Class Opening

    • Greet each student by name, using correct pronunciation, with a smile and eye contact.

    • Verify audio and video functionality: confirm that both the video feed and microphone settings are working properly so you are visible and clearly heard.

6. Lesson Accuracy

    • Confirm that the lesson uploaded in the Boda System is correct.

    • Ensure it matches the assigned topic, student level, and schedule board entry before beginning the session.

7. Screen Usage

    • Do not engage in web sharing or browse non-work-related websites during class.

    • Maintain focus on lesson delivery and student engagement.

8. Late Student Entry (Conference Class)

    • Acknowledge late students politely but briefly, without disrupting ongoing activities.

    • Integrate late students into the current activity rather than restarting or repeating missed portions.

    • Avoid extended explanations that may distract or slow down the class flow.

9. Handling Technical Issues

– Student Side

    • First, check the student’s audio settings (microphone and headset).
    • Report issues immediately to the following:

o Office-Based: Admins, Head Teacher (HT), Group Leader

(GL), or Trainer

o Home-Based: Admin, Center Head, or Team Leader (TL)

    • If no setting issues are found, instruct the student to log out and log back in.
    • If unresolved:

o Provide the Customer Service Number (CS Office Hours:

12:30–20:00 PST).

o Beyond CS office hours, send the standard message to

the student

o Home-Based: Admin, Center Head, or TL

    • Once transferred, notify Admins without delay and provide a status report on class continuity.
