1. Full Implementation of HRMS ModulesEnsure 100% implementation and effective utilization of the newly launched HRMS modules :

  • Training Module
  • Service Review Module
  • Gazetted Cadre Module
  • Women Empowerment Initiative (WEI) Module (for handling sexual harassment complaints)

2. Strengthening HRMS Monitoring and Awareness

  • Establish a dedicated HRMS Monitoring Cell in all units with competent and trained personnel.
  • Conduct comprehensive awareness drives and structured training programmes to ensure 100% staff familiarity and active usage of all HRMS modules.

3. Adoption of Artificial Intelligence

Encourage employees to effectively leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in routine office functions to enhance

efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
