Grade Point Average

Honor Roll

For more information about academic recognition, please visit the LSE Website

ACADEMIC

RECOGNITION

In all cases of academic recognition, a student’s grade point average (GPA) is of fundamental importance. GPA is the sole criterion in all cases (except National Honor Society which also considers character, leadership, and service).

Honor roll academic recognition will occur at the end of each semester. A student must have taken 25 graded credits in the semester (not S/U)

  • Honor Roll: 3.5 or higher weighted GPA
  • With Distinction (H+): 3.750-3.999
  • With High Distinction (H++): 4.00-4.249
  • With Highest Distinction (H+++): 4.250+
