What shifts in your practice/beliefs did you notice as a result in your participation in the cohort?

  • “I am a firm believer in Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) and I think it motivated me to keep pushing and trying to make changes, so that K-2 can also be DAP. We have a long road ahead.”
  • “Enhanced thoughts related to the multifaceted research, meaning & applications of diversity.”
  • “My knowledge base was expanded and made me aware of P-3 strategies and work happening outside of my current role. It gave me a more comprehensive understanding and approach.”
