FLOW pemberian kompensasi (Discount Retention) utk Cs & Corresponden per Des th 2022

  1. Flow & Proses
    1. Ketentuan ini dibuat utk mengakomodir permintaan melalui CS Inbound & Correspondence saja.
    2. Pemberian Kompensasi diberikan hanya utk pelanggan yg terbukti Req Dismantle, Pelanggan Meminta

Keringanan Harga (merasa kemahalan) , Promo Diskon Instalasi Awal Habis atau Pelanggan complain tentang masalah teknis yang tidak bisa diberikan kompensasi oleh Billing (ex. Slow speed, bbrp web tdk bisa browse, dll)

    • Pemberian kompensasi hanya utk category Pelanggan Aktif di BOSS, krn status selain aktif akan di FU oleh tim RWB.
    • Agent CS harus koordinasi dengan Tim Leader (TL SIM/Spv. SIM) untuk cek apakah pelanggan bisa diberikan Diskon Retention atau tidak.
    • Jika TL/Spv confirmed pelanggan bisa diberikan diskon, maka agent harus info ke pelanggan terkait promo tsb.
    • Jika pelanggan OK, maka diskon bisa langsung diinput saat itu juga oleh TL yg sedang tugas di BOSS.
    • Agent harus membuat tiket dengan macro : Request Discount Winback dan solved tiket tsb. (setelah diinput discount nya)

    1. Cs membuat tiket dengan macro Request Discount Winback dan solved tiket tsb
    2. CS harus rubah dept grup nya masih di CS Inbound
    3. Trace history pakai Gform/Gsheet
    4. Promo deposit akan expired 7 hari setelah inject apabila tidak ada pembayaran
    5. Tolong di perhatikan juga tgl cetak tagihannya
    6. Bisa ditawarkan downgrade juga ke jet 20 minimal sudah 1 th berlangganan
    7. Penawaran Advance payment 9 get3 bisa di tawarkan apabila pelanggan mengancam churn
    8. Schema Disc yang bisa d tawarkan :

  • Ketentuan Kompesasi Diskon RWB
    • Promo yang dapat diberikan tetap mengacu kepada status id active (only) dan tenor berapa lama berlangganan
    • Tidak dalam masa promo karena tidak bisa di berikan double promo
    • Minimal berlangganan adalah 3 bulan (Kecuali downgrade ke paket Jet20)
    • Minimal paket Jet20
    • Alternatif penawaran promo AP93
    • Special downgrade paket ke Jet 20 (Minimal 1 Th berlangganan)
