Mathilda is a rockstar operating GG23 - it is a huge program with a ton of moving parts when it's just QF alone - and we added Retrofunding and Staking to the mix to keep things exciting. She is keeping on top of everything and getting it moving in the right direction.

Q1 Goals Wrap

5 of 30

Gitcoin 2025 Rocks - Q1

  • Launch multi-mechanism Gitcoin Grants 🟢
    • Demonstrate the impact of new funding mechanisms vs QF by publishing a thorough data-backed analysis of the potential ecosystem impact and how we will measure it.

GG23 will run on 3+ mechanisms, including experiments from the community. In-depth case study planned.

  • Launch the Builder Onboarding 🟢 & Incentive Program 🔴
    • Enroll at least 50 builders who apply for both GG + partner rounds within their first 90 days.

Onboarding program kicks off today, incentive program pushed to after GG23 due to resource constraints and prioritization.
