Diversity & Inclusion at our hub

Diversity is a key part of what we focus on day-to-day in Dogpatch Labs. We understand that in order to achieve a successful and sustainable tech and startup ecosystem in Ireland, diversity should be at the heart of decision making.

Diversity in Tech Week 2018

As part of Dogpatch’s work to foster a diverse tech community, we are hosting “Diversity in Tech Week” - a week long schedule of events delivered in collaboration with partners and sponsors, addressing topical issues around diversity in the tech sector.

On Thursday 8th March we’ll host an evening event celebrating International Women’s Day where we’ll have a candid discussion about the fundamentals of the conversation about equality in the workplace.

“How do we move the needle on Diversity in Tech?

In association with our partners and key sponsors we will facilitate a candid discussion about the fundamentals of the conversation about equality in the workplace - what the status of the movement for equality is, what is working and what isn’t, and how we can take concrete steps to achieve change.

The event will include a Fireside Chat MC’d by a leading figure in the media and a panel of speakers on topics such as equality of women are supported within their companies followed by a Q&A session with live questions from the audience.
