Attendance Reminders

  • All absences MUST be excused. Your parent can submit 10 parent note excuses per year. Beyond that, a doctor or legal excuse must be provided.
  • Missed work must be made up within five (5) days of returning to school.
  • College Visits
    • 10th-12th grade students can submit a pre-excused absence form for up to three (3) college visits per school year.
    • College visits are coded as field trips and therefore do not count toward your 10 parent notes.
    • This type of absence must be pre-excused, and you must obtain documentation from the college during your visit.
  • Attendance matters -- both now and in the future!
