Literacy Plan

• We met with Jessica, our literacy consultant, on 2/15 to help us revise and update the literacy plan. This hasn’t been done since 2020. We meet again on 2/28 to continue work on the literacy plan. We are meeting once more before the end of the year to finish up.
• We are merging sections and steps and creating other steps as we see a need arise.
• Point people and expectations of responsibility are being handed out.
• We ARE making progress and we can change the steps because we have crossed things off of our list!
