BHC 2024-25 School Supply List

2024-25 Meal Prices:

  • Student Paid Breakfast: $1.50
  • Student Paid Lunch: $2.90
  • Guest Breakfast: $3.00
  • Guest Lunch: $4.25

No visitors at lunch for the first few weeks of school until Sept 6th

Attendance Policy

  • 90% law, students must be at school at 8:30 am to be counted present for the day
  • Excused
    • Illness, death, medical, dental etc….
  • Unexcused
    • Transportation, shopping, vacations
  • Procedures for absences:

FOR ANY ABSENCE, please send a note to BHCattendance@leanderisd.org when your student returns to school. The note must include your student’s FULL name, ID#, and ALL dates of the absence. Include any doctor’s note as necessary.

Arrival-

Goodbye hugs and kisses outside of building, parents may not walk students to class

(may walk student on first few days of school)

  • Doors unlock at 7:10 am
  • Cafe is open 7:10-7:25 am
  • Classroom doors open at 7:20 am (after 1st day)
  • 7:30 am (all doors lock except the front)
  • Students should be in class ready to learn by 7:30 am.

    • Side Playground Door (from Block House Creek Dr bike rack)

Dismissal 2:45

(First 2 days of school dismissal time is: Kinder & 1 2:35, 2-5th 2:40.

Second week and remainder of year all grades: Kinder &1st 2:40, 2-5th 2:45.

  • Walkers & Bikers (out front or side doors)(not K &1st)
  • Families on Feet (park & meet at area near cafeteria door)
  • Siblings (meet up with older sibling in gym to walk or bike home)
