- "Introduction to Type Leadership:" During this session, participants were led through several exercises to identify their innate leadership styles in preparation for their professional careers. Participants walked away with an acute awareness of their leadership styles, the strengths and liabilities of each style, and an appreciation for the styles of those who are different from them.
