3 LEARNINGS FROM THIS GRANT

13 of 18

LEARNING 1:

Reduction of duplicate information

We will work during the next 6 months on the merging of these processes to reduce reporting time.

Today grantees for transparency purposes are reporting at least two reports: the monthly updates on the GovApp and updates in their roadmaps on our monthly check-ins.

14 of 18

LEARNING 2:

Improve impact metrics

We have started tracking impact since month 1, and we are working on governance proposals to measure impact for a set time of months after a grant is over.

We have measured impact from the grantees when the grant is over and even though is good, some of them end their grant when the impacts are only starting.

15 of 18

LEARNING 3:

Improve technical reviews

We will define the flow of how to review the Projects during their journey (adding more technical reviews of projects with Advisors / Board of experts)

We have found room for improvement on the accountability of projects funded, specifically for technical projects.
