CENTRAL POWER STATION

• Central power stations are those which operates depend on wheeling to grid.
• They are mostly mean by central power generation for industry and sell the power to grid of electricity board.

CAPTIVE POWER STATION

• Captive power stations are those which operates independent of wheeling to grid.
• They are mostly mean by in-house power generation for industry and not selling the power to electricity board.
