The Objective: To give a self driven framework of induction to any new Toastmaster / any new member of a club. Secondly, to reduce dependency of other members to kickstart one's life as a Toastmaster; & thirdly give a direction to start and proceed.

The tool: A simple 1 worksheet, with numbered task / objective with the place to look for. It also has the periodicity (when), then how to do it. It has the list of people to connect to help complete that step of induction. Finally, it also has a placeholder to record the completion- to reinstate purpose of completion.
